1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging vividcopycollective for copywriting and content services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Located at Via Salvo D'Acquisto 10, Valenzano, Bari, Italy, we provide professional copywriting services subject to the following terms.

2. Scope of Services

Services include but are not limited to: commercial copywriting, brand messaging development, content calendar creation, email marketing campaigns, and website copy optimization. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms require 50% upfront payment upon project initiation and 50% upon completion. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property rights transfer to the client. vividcopycollective retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

Standard packages include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at €75 per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

vividcopycollective's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our copywriting services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bari, Italy.

• You cancel within 48 hours of project initiation
• We fail to deliver by the agreed deadline without prior notice

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed:

• Less than 25% complete: 75% refund
• 25-50% complete: 50% refund
• 50-75% complete: 25% refund
• More than 75% complete: No refund

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests to [email protected] within 14 days of project completion or cancellation. Include your project reference number and reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
